Community plays a Vital role by creating safe spaces for conversation, free from judgment and stigma. Simply by listening— without rushing to create solution— can provide comfort in reminding veterans that they are not alone.

As someone who has personally witnessed the struggles veterans face, I believe the approach of Eight Minutes Foundation fills a major gap in the current support system. By focusing not only on access to healing, but also on community, mentorship, and faith-based support, they offer a complete path back to life and purpose.

Our Vets have given so much of themselves in serviing our country, yet so many return home facing invisible battles. Standing together means ensuring veterans don’t feel isolated and forgotten. Community support can make the difference between dispair and hope.

Eight Minutes Foundation provides a critical service by sponsoring veterans for life-changing healing programs and supporting them through preparation, integration, and long-term reintegration. Their commitment to saving lives and rebuilding families is both inspiring and urgently needed.

support, practical help is equally important. Offering assistance with employment, housing, or transportation can ease burdens , civic clubs can host events, connect veterans with recourses or provide mentorship opportunities that build purpose and belonging.
